About the role

We are seeking an experienced Playground / Operational Manager to join our team at Kids SoHo Playground. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our playground operations in South Denpasar, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the hospitality and tourism industry, with a focus on operational management.

What you'll be doing
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the playground, ensuring the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimise operational efficiency and enhance the visitor experience.
  • Managing and leading a team of playground attendants, including training requests and performance management.
  • Monitoring and analysing playground usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, local authorities, and the surrounding community.
What we're looking for
