- Chief Steward
Requirement
- Indonesian Nationality Only
- Previous as Executive Sous chef for minimum 1 year or strong Chef De Cuisine minimum 2 years
- Previous experience as Chief Steward minimum 1 year
- Strong Knowledge in HACCP
- Strong communication skill
- Experience in All Day Dining , Banqueting
- Has strong personality, hands on
- Familiar with VHP System
