Job summary

A leading plantation company in Indonesia is seeking a Plantation Manager to oversee daily operations. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring production, ensuring safety, and developing workers. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Plantation and at least 5 years of experience, preferably in rubber plantations. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are essential. This position is based in Bandung Barat.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience as Plantation Manager.
• Experience working at rubber plantation is an advantage.
• Excellent understanding in planting, maintaining, and harvesting fruits.

Responsibilities

• Plan and evaluate strategies for plantation operations.
• Ensure production targets for rubber and non-rubber crops are met.

Job Description

• Planning, implementing, monitoring & evaluating strategies for plantation daily operation including planting, maintaining, and harvesting
• To make sure daily production of plantation rubber and non-rubber (Melon, Banana, Avocado, Cocoa, Coffee Bean, Durian) meet the target
• To make sure all data from farm & from factory are well documented
• Implementing work safety and making sure all workers wearing safety gears
• Manage, motivate & develop all worker to meet competencies required

Qualification

• Bachelor degree from Plantation
• Having minimum 5 years of working experience as Plantation Manager
• Have experience working at rubber plantation or would be an advantage
• Excellent in strategic planning, strategic thinking and problem solving
• Have excellent understanding in planting, maintaining and harvesting several fruits such as banana, avocado, durian
• Have strong leadership and good in communication to all level of worker
• Excellent in making coordination with various stake holder such as worker, management, share holder, social organizations, and government
• Willing to be located in Bandung Barat
