About Us

We are a newly established manufacturing company specializing in extrusion components for heavy equipment serving the oil, gas, and mining industries. Our Head Office is in South Jakarta, while our plant operates in Modern land Industrial Estate, Cikande – Serang, Banten.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Technology or related field
  • Min. 5 – 10 years of experience in Plastic (Extrusion) Manufacturing, with at least 4 years in leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, production planning & continuous improvement methodologist (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM)
  • Proven ability to lead & motivate diverse teams in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent problem solving, organizational & decision‑making skills
  • Proficient in manufacturing ERP systems & Microsoft office
  • Familiarity with environmental, health & safety also ISO compliance in an industrial setting
  • Must be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Written, Speaking, Presenting)
Job Description
  • Lead or support capital projects including building construction, new equipment installation, expansions or upgrade
  • Lead & manage all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, logistic & health safety
  • Ensure the plant operates at optimal efficiency while meeting or exceeding production target & quality standard
  • Develop & implement operational strategies, KPIs & cost control measures aligned with business goal
  • Foster a strong safety culture & ensure compliance with company polices & government regulation
  • Drive Lean manufacturing & continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve throughput & enhance product quality
  • Oversee preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime & extend asset life
  • Manage plant budgets, resource allocation & inventory control effectively
  • Develop & mentor plant staff, build a high-performance team with a focus on accountability engagement
  • Collaborate with cross functional departments (internal & external)
