Responsibilities
  • Establish comprehensive layout and planogram strategies that align with corporate objectives, profitability targets, and ease of implementation across various store formats
  • Lead a team responsible for creating and maintaining planograms, ensuring adherence to established timelines and standards
  • Utilize sales data and customer insights to inform planogram designs and make data‑driven decisions
  • Partner with departments to plan and execute projects effectively, addressing any challenges that arise during implementation
  • Track the performance and profitability of new stores during their first year and provide reports and improvement recommendations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of Assistant Manager level experience in Merchandising, Business Development, or Retail Planning, and prior experience leading a team
  • Experience as a leader with a team
  • Prior experience in the Retail Industry (preferred)
  • Experience in store opening processes, including location selection, layout planning, and marketing strategy
  • Good sense of interior review to optimize store layouts and displays
  • Strong understanding of product stock control, selling strategies, and profitability analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Proficient in project management and cross‑functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with CAD or 3D modeling is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced retail environment
  • Proficiency in Business English
