Prepare pre-design, schematic, and design development drawings for residential, commercial, and public facility projects.

Ensure that designs meet functional, aesthetic, and cost-efficiency requirements.

Coordinate with relevant divisions to support the design development process.

Prepare architectural drawings and data to support budget estimation.

Assist in preparing design materials and data for management and client presentations.

Qualifications:

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and presentation software (InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint).
