Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring effective communication between superiors, work units, and other stakeholders by:
  • Providing required information and explanations related to documents submitted by management or other parties.
  • Distributing information from/to superiors and relevant management, as well as to/from work units or external parties.
• Prepare monthly reports on the credit portfolio by segment and economic sector, including credit restructuring reports.
• Conduct business and industry analysis related to other banks and the financial sector to support performance improvement and strategic insights for the Bank.
• Monitor and stay updated on regulatory developments, both internal and external, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia (BI), and the Government.
• Perform duties in accordance with the Indonesian Bankers Code of Ethics, Prudential Banking Principles, corporate policies, SOPs, implementation guidelines, provisions, and all applicable regulations of Bank JTrust and the Regulator.
• Coordinate with relevant divisions in preparing conditional financial data to support the Bank’s strategic initiatives.
• Execute other special assignments as directed by superiors.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting, preferably within the banking industry.
