About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Planned Data Controller to join our team at PT Cikarang Listrindo, Tbk in North Cikarang, West Java. As a Planned Data Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our comprehensive plant maintenance data, ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our Power Plant Industry.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for the accurate and timely entry of all planned maintenance data into our enterprise maintenance management system
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and track the progress of planned maintenance activities
• Generate and distribute detailed maintenance reports, providing valuable insights to stakeholders
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance planning processes and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise maintenance strategies and improve overall equipment reliability
• Continuously monitor and analyse maintenance data to identify trends and recommend process improvements

What we\'re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar planned data controller or maintenance planning role, preferably in the Power Plant
• A diploma or degree in Industrial Engineering
• Strong proficiency in using enterprise maintenance management software and data analysis tools - Maximo
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
• Proven track record of maintaining accurate and up-to-date maintenance records and reports
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
