Responsibilities

• Gain product knowledge based on specifications and installation.
• Coordinate with EPC and product manufacturers during the procurement process.
• Maintain administration processes related to feasibility studies and PPA contracts.
• Manage project manpower and budget efficiency.
• Create monthly and yearly progress reports for operations.

Job description

Photovoltaic Operation and Maintenance Manager (O&M)

Gain the product Knowledge based on product specification, product Instalation, troubleshooting from the product that will be used in the site. (The Operataion and Maintanace Manager will get this knowledge based on their product knowledge and supervision during the project running).

Coordinate with the EPC and Product manufacture during the procurement process (Techincal spesification detail), Construction Process, and project handover process for the last step.

Maintain all the administartion process during (Feasibilty Study), PPA negotiations, and PPA contract sign that related to the operation and maintanace process.

Maintain the man power that related to the project process and manage the project budget efficiency and effectiveness.

Make the monthly and yearly progress report that related to the operations and maintanance scope of work

Qualifications

Over 1 year of experience as a photovoltaic Operation and Maintanace Manager, having participated in more than 2 photovoltaic projects.

PMP certification is preferred.

Familiarity with mainstream photovoltaic equipment, network architecture, and delivery processes; relevant technical certifications are preferred.

Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and teams.

Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of handling daily business communication;

Possesses a sense of responsibility and stress tolerance, able to adapt to high-intensity project schedules;

Demonstrates strong teamwork spirit and leadership, capable of leading a team to complete complex tasks.
