Job summary

Epson in Tangerang seeks a Pharmaceutical Production Operator to operate and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, ensuring GMP-compliant production. You will follow SOPs, record batch data, and support process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Familiarity with operating production machinery and following SOPs.
• Understanding of GMP and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment (e.g., tablet presses, capsule fillers, granulators, packaging machines).
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of production machinery.
• Accurately record production data, batch records, and operational logs.
• Adhere strictly to GMP and safety protocols throughout all operations.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or deviations from standard procedures.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
