About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable teacher to provide cover for Animal Care classes at a secondary school in Kendal. This is a longer-term opportunity, covering 1 day per week, ideal for someone passionate about animal care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and practical Animal Care lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
  • Ensure students are supported in their learning and maintain high standards of classroom management.
  • Follow the lesson plans provided and adapt as necessary to meet students' needs.
  • Maintain a safe and positive learning environment, particularly in handling animals and practical equipment.
