Job Description

As a Stretch Trainer, you will become a movement specialist who helps clients improve their physical condition through professional assisted stretching.

Your responsibilities include:

Perform professional one-on-one assisted stretching sessions.

Assess clients' posture, flexibility, and movement limitations.

Educate clients about mobility, recovery, and body maintenance.

Build long term relationships with clients through excellent service.

Maintain treatment quality according to Dr. Stretch standards.

Participate in continuous training and professional development.

Work closely with the team to achieve service excellence.

Requirements :

High School Graduate, Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.

Preferred backgrounds: Sports Science, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Physical Education, Sports Coaching, Occupational Therapy, or other health and sports related disciplines.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Passionate about sports, fitness, health, and helping people.

Willing to perform hands-on therapy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
