PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is assisting a client in the chemical trading industry to recruit a Sales Executive (Personal Care Ingredients) for Jakarta, on-site.

You will develop new customers and opportunities, manage key accounts, source products, and coordinate with service teams while ensuring compliance with BPOM and Halal regulations. The role also involves reporting, pricing strategy, and representing the company at industry events.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in personal care ingredients.
• Experience with distributors or trading companies in personal care ingredients.
• Business-level English communication (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Develop new customers and business opportunities in the Indonesian personal care market.
• Identify and target potential customers based on the portfolio.
• Explore and source new products according to customer needs and market trends.
• Develop and propose competitive pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while generating new business opportunities.
• Handle export-related projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Monitor regulations and support customers on BPOM and Halal requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management and suppliers.
• Coordinate order processing and delivery instructions with the customer service team.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
