About the Role

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high-level executives. They should be well-organized and comfortable scheduling meetings and business travel arrangements. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Key Responsibilities
Meeting and Calendar Management
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, invitations, and reminders.
  • Prepare meeting logistics and ensure all required materials are available.
  • Record and distribute Minutes of Meetings (MoM) as needed.
Travel and Logistics Coordination
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Manage daily logistics such as car arrangements and meal bookings.
  • Ensure all travel and logistical details are efficiently planned and communicated.
Administrative and Daily Assistance
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the executive.
  • Draft and manage correspondence, documents, and reports.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Assistant, CEO Office
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
