Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the Director’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and internal or external stakeholders
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, in a professional and confidential manner
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required
  • Arrange business travel, including flights, accommodation, and related logistics coordinating with GA
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by the Director
  • Coordinating with other departments for supporting Director's activity
Qualifications
  • Graduate from a reputable university, majoring in Secretary or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or a related position is a plus
  • Provide discreet personal assistance and secretarial support to the Operations Manager
  • Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills for client relations
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office)
  • Enjoy making new acquaintances and networking
  • Well presented
  • High level of integrity and good interpersonal skills
  • Strong personality with high energy, flexibility, and initiative
  • Willing to work in a mobile role and travel out of town as required
