Responsibilities
  • Assist the CEO with daily tasks such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating work agendas.
  • Assist the CEO in communicating and meeting with clients to maintain good relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Enhance internal communication and collaboration among departments to run effectively (management, adjuster, secretary and others).
  • Ensure smooth operation of administrative processes and reporting with accuracy and delivery on time.
Requirements
  • Min. S1 in Communication, Administration, Secretary, Economics or other relevant.
  • Having experience working as a personal assistant, marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, high level of confidentiality.
  • English proficiency (written and spoken) – must.
  • MS Office literacy including fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Able to multitask, time management skills, attention to detail.
  • Can join ASAP and work from office at Green Lake City, Tangerang.
