Responsibilities
  • Providing seamless administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and follow-up.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fielding enquiries and managing communications.
  • Assisting with event planning, agenda preparation and minute-taking as required.
  • Maintaining and organizing electronic and physical filing systems, and other office administration duties.
  • Demonstrating discretion, tact and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the office and supporting the wider team as needed.
Qualifications
  • At least 5‑8 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast‑paced, corporate environment.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent Mandarin and English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and discreet manner.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
