As we continue to grow, we are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive receptionist to be the welcoming face (and voice!) of our brand.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • As the Personal Assistance for our CEO at Dogville, you’ll be the right hand and the bridge of communication between our CEO to the clients and/or employees and vice‑versa. Your role is vital for preventing miscommunication and creating a structural schedule for our CEO business.
  • Communicating any information that is needed by or for our CEO to our clients and/or the employees and vice‑versa.
  • Managing schedule for the CEO, daily and monthly.
  • Preparing all files, data, information, or properties that are needed from the CEO.
  • Handling and communicating the CEO's agendas.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
  • Work best managing detail and organization.
  • Active and responsive at communicating.
  • Comfortable working around dogs and with many clients.
  • Integrity and professional at work.
  • Has experience in PA/Secretary/Clergical profession.
  • Familiar with working with schedule.

Salary starts from 3.8 million with many opportunities for raise.
