Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Arrange travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organize and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and tasks for the CEO.
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and visitors, and handle them appropriately.
  • Collaborate with other executives and departments to ensure smooth communication and workflows

Qualifications
