Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant based in Bali, Indonesia. The Personal Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and executive support tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and providing day-to-day clerical assistance. The role requires close collaboration with executives to ensure operations and activities are efficiently organized and executed.

Qualifications
  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with the ability to support executives effectively
  • dealing with legal documents, taxes, and permits
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate across various stakeholders
  • Diary Management and scheduling skills, ensuring appointments and deadlines are met
  • Clerical Skills, including record keeping, document organization, and general office management
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing tasks and solving problems
  • Proficiency in using office software and productivity tools
  • Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments; prior experience in similar roles is preferred
