This role is central to ensuring the CEO can focus on vision and growth, while the organization runs with structure and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage CEO's schedule, meetings, and correspondence.
- Prepare and organize documentation, records, and reports.
- Assist in coordination between teams, subsidiaries, and partners.
- Track strategic priorities and ensure follow-through.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO.
- Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
