A footwear manufacturing company in Indonesia is seeking a professional to manage schedules, customer coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in footwear manufacturing, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and is fluent in English. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Manage and organize the schedule, meetings, and business trips of the management.
Assist in coordination and communication with customers, including meeting arrangements, production progress updates, and follow-up on costumer requirements
Prepare and review documents related to production or projects.
Act as a bridge between management and internal departments.
Maintain the confidentiality of company and customer information
Support management in handling special projects and ensure activities are completed according to timeline.
Perform other administrative tasks as required by management.
Minimun 2 years of experience in footwear manufacturing (preferred).
Management knowledge (planning, executing, strictly following orders, etc).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Professional attitude, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Fluent in English (spoken and written) - Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
