Job summary

Kideco Jaya Agung (Kideco) is seeking a Personal Assistant to Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT) in East Kalimantan. The role supports HSE and environmental initiatives, coordinating with HSE managers and government bodies to ensure regulatory compliance and project success.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Health & Safety, Environmental, or Mining Engineering, with 2+ years in related roles. Strong analysis, reporting, and English skills are essential, and a willingness to work at the mine

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety, Environmental, Mining Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in HSE or Environmental roles; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
• Agile, fast responder, multitas king, able to communicate at all levels.
• Good multimedia skills and English (spoken and written).
• Willing to work at mine site in Paser, East Kalimantan.

Responsibilities

• Direct reporting to Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT) and ensure all HSE activities meet targets.
• Coordinate with HSE managers to run internal and external projects in HSE programs.
• Monitor and analyze leading and lagging safety indicators.
• Prepare materials for internal/external meetings with government and third parties on safety and environment programs.
• Support coordination with local government and ministries to meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide executive support and coordinate meetings, priorities, and correspondence for KTT.
• Monitor directives, project milestones, and HSE performance across departments.
• Prepare concise, data-driven reports and management presentations for KTT decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of mining operations, HSE, GMP, and related regulations.

Having min 2 year experience in related positions (as HSE or Environmental Practitioner), fresh garduate are welcome to apply

Excellent in analysis, reporting and presentation

Having good English skills (both speaking and writing)

Willing to be placed in our mine site Paser East Kalimantan

Responsibilities:

Direct reporting to KTT and making sure all Project & Activity under HSE Division achieved the targets and objectives.

Coordinate directly with close alignment with HSE managers to run appointed internal and external projects in related to HSE division programs.

Monitor and analyzed leading and lagging safety indicators.

Prepare material meetings for internal and external discussion (government and 3rd parties) in related to safety and environment programs and projects.

Support to Coordination with local government, Ministries to fulfill regulatory requirements.

Executive Support & Coordination – capable of providing comprehensive support to KTT in managing priorities, meetings, correspondence, and strategic initiatives.

Action & Performance Monitoring – able to monitor KTT directives, project milestones, HSE performance, and follow-up actions across relevant departments.

Stakeholder Management – capable of coordinating with management, operational teams, government institutions, contractors, and external stakeholders on behalf of KTT.

Executive Reporting & Presentation – proficient in preparing concise, data-driven reports and management presentations to support KTT decision-making.

Mining & Regulatory Knowledge – having a good understanding of mining operations, KTT responsibilities, HSE, GMP, and applicable mining and environmental regulations.
