What You'll Do
  • Optimize and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads & TikTok Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS, GMV) and continuously improve results.
  • Conduct A/B testing to find the most profitable ad combinations.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
  • Prepare campaign reports and provide strategic recommendations for scaling.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and attention to metrics.
