Overview

The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns for both high-value property development (lead generation-focused) and hospitality business units, to drive traffic, generate leads, and achieve measurable ROI across multiple online channels.

This role focuses on data-driven performance, overseeing media buying, campaign management, audience targeting, and performance analytics for platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic channels. The specialist works closely with business development, marketing, creative, and revenue/e-commerce (hospitality) teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and brand identity.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with experience in real estate or high-value product industries preferred; basic exposure to hospitality paid media is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), and Tag Manager. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and data tracking principles. Familiar with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and programmatic advertising platforms. Competency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Attention to detail and ability to interpret data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management abilities. Proactive, result-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Certifications (preferred): Google Ads Certification; Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate / Media Buyer; Google Analytics Certification.
