A manufacturing firm in Indonesia seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, a solid understanding of content planning, and the ability to analyze performance metrics. Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential. This role offers an opportunity to make significant impacts in a dynamic marketing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in digital/performance marketing, preferably have worked in/with an industrial industry (more formal businesses e.g banking, mining, etc)
Proven experience running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and/or TikTok Ads
Strong analytical mindset — able to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies
Solid understanding of content planning, brand building, and audience targeting
Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Familiarity with performance tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other ad management platforms
Capable of managing ad campaigns, building a strong brand presence, and crafting engaging content that drives measurable results.
Have experience in using Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
