Overview

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

2–4 years of experience in digital/performance marketing, preferably have worked in/with an industrial industry (more formal businesses e.g banking, mining, etc)

Proven experience running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and/or TikTok Ads

Strong analytical mindset — able to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies

Solid understanding of content planning, brand building, and audience targeting

Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Familiarity with performance tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other ad management platforms

Capable of managing ad campaigns, building a strong brand presence, and crafting engaging content that drives measurable results.

Have experience in using Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.

Data-driven and creative

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Develop and manage a content plan aligned with marketing objectives and campaign calendars
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce effective ad creatives and brand content
  • Can create compelling ad copy and captions that reflect the brand voice and convert audiences into customers (must be able to at least have the vision so the team can execute it)
  • Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently to achieve campaign targets
  • Ensure consistent brand visibility, recognition, and positioning across all platforms
  • Stay up to date with performance marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
