What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Developing and implementing performance marketing strategies, including managing and optimizing the channels.
  • Budgeting and forecasting, involved in pre‑pitching. You will need to develop and manage a performance marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and forecast the impact of the campaigns on revenue efficiency.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and reporting on key metrics to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Managing and optimizing marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads to ensure that campaigns are delivering the desired results.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams – sales, product, finance – to ensure that initiatives are aligned with the company’s overall strategic goals.
  • Collaborating with external clients and vendors to execute or deliver initiatives.
