Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead performance marketing strategies across channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.

  • Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and performance pacing to meet client KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CVR).

  • Oversee campaign execution, optimization, and reporting for multiple clients simultaneously.

  • Collaborate closely with account managers, creative, and content teams to align messaging and creatives with campaign objectives.

  • Design and implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization to maximize conversion performance.

  • Monitor and report on campaign insights using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and platform dashboards.

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, ad technologies, and algorithm changes.

  • Coach and mentor junior performance marketers to improve analytical and strategic thinking.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in digital performance marketing, preferably within an agency environment.

  • Proven success in managing high‑budget campaigns and achieving strong performance metrics.

  • Proficiency in ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Deep understanding of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.

  • Skilled in data analysis, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.

  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital marketing credentials are a plus.
