Develop and lead performance marketing strategies across channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and performance pacing to meet client KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CVR).
Oversee campaign execution, optimization, and reporting for multiple clients simultaneously.
Collaborate closely with account managers, creative, and content teams to align messaging and creatives with campaign objectives.
Design and implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization to maximize conversion performance.
Monitor and report on campaign insights using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and platform dashboards.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, ad technologies, and algorithm changes.
Coach and mentor junior performance marketers to improve analytical and strategic thinking.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in digital performance marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
Proven success in managing high‑budget campaigns and achieving strong performance metrics.
Proficiency in ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Deep understanding of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
Skilled in data analysis, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
Certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital marketing credentials are a plus.
