Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing / Digital Ads Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns. This role will focus on driving traffic, conversions, and maximizing return on investment (ROI) through paid media strategies across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales across marketplaces and digital platforms.

Conduct in-depth data analysis to track key metrics such as CTR, CR, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.

Perform A/B testing and continuously iterate on campaigns for performance improvement.

Research, identify, and test new advertising channels to expand audience reach and engagement.

Collaborate with creative teams to ensure advertising assets align with campaign objectives and brand identity.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to refine advertising strategies.

Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost efficiency.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, campaign planning, or digital advertising.

Proven expertise in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, etc.
