As a Performance Marketing at SEVEN Retail Group, you will lead data-driven marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness. You will develop and execute strategic initiatives across various channels, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI).

Job Descriptions
  • Execute, and optimize paid channels to drive user acquisition across multiple channels, including but not limited to Meta, Google (SEM, Discovery, Display, Youtube) and TikTok
  • Conduct regular analysis to identify room for improvement and make data driven recommendations to improve performance.
  • Provide regular reporting (daily, weekly and monthly), including channel performance review, data insights, and action plan.
  • Continuously conduct an A/B test experiment to optimize the campaign.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high performing campaigns.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media.
  • Skilled in using marketing tools.
  • Good command of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to create strategy and draw insights from data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
