A leading retail company in Jakarta is seeking a People Strategy Analyst to develop data-driven people strategies. The role involves managing employee data, building analytical dashboards, and conducting predictive analysis for talent management. As a People Strategy Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce by developing and implementing data-driven people strategies. You will leverage data and technology to support strategic decision-making and help achieve the company’s overall business goals.
Design and manage data funnels/flows for all employee-related data, including master employee data, performance data, and offboarding/attrition data. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across systems.
Build and maintain People Analytics dashboards to simplify data visualization and provide actionable insights. Present complex data in a way that is easy for stakeholders to understand and act upon.
Develop an internal microsite for knowledge management, housing people data, HR policies, and service offerings. Ensure information is accessible and up to date for employees. Leverage technology to automate and simplify HR data processes.
Build predictive models to identify turnover risks, talent potential, and development needs. Provide data-driven recommendations to support long-term talent management strategies.
