Role Overview

As a People Strategy Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce by developing and implementing data-driven people strategies. You will leverage data and technology to support strategic decision-making and help achieve the company’s overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. People Data Engineering & Management

    Design and manage data funnels/flows for all employee-related data, including master employee data, performance data, and offboarding/attrition data. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across systems.

  2. Dashboard Development

    Build and maintain People Analytics dashboards to simplify data visualization and provide actionable insights. Present complex data in a way that is easy for stakeholders to understand and act upon.

  3. Knowledge Management, Digitalization & Automation

    Develop an internal microsite for knowledge management, housing people data, HR policies, and service offerings. Ensure information is accessible and up to date for employees. Leverage technology to automate and simplify HR data processes.

  4. Talent Predictive Analysis

    Build predictive models to identify turnover risks, talent potential, and development needs. Provide data-driven recommendations to support long-term talent management strategies.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Organizational/Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Data Management, or Business/Data Analysis (experience in HR/People function is a strong plus).
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in SQL or data pipeline tools for data management.
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Familiarity with statistics and predictive modeling (Python/R is a plus).
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills – able to transform data into actionable insights.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver and comfortable with learning new technologies.
