Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers in understanding the needs and roles to be filled as well as review job descriptions for vacancies.
 
- Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
 
- Build the talent pool to manage the hiring cycle and develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
 
- Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
 
- Define the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
 
- Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
 
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment field
 
- Proven and experienced as a articulate recruitment consultant / headhunter (will be a plus point)
 
- Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
 
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
 
- Someone that understand and have experiences in full‑cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
 
- Fast learner in understanding the duties and competencies of different roles
 
- An empath with great project management skills & strong communication skills to build relationships with various hiring managers
 
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
