Job description

Road project implementers have important tasks related to road infrastructure development.

1. Carrying out road construction work in accordance with the plans and planning that have been set.

2. Coordinating and supervising the implementation of road construction as per given plan by owner well within the time frame

3. Ensure the use of materials that comply with established quality standards

4. Organize and supervise the workforce involved in road projects to avoid time loss.

5. Monitor project schedules and complete work according to the set time target and progress report to Project Manager

6. Conducting quality control on the results of construction work carried out

7. Dealing with problems and challenges that arise during the implementation of road projects

8. Communicate effectively with relevant parties, including project

9. Be a team Player, Leadership & Active, Proactive, reactive & corrective.

10. Road project implementers have a major role in organizing and controlling the smooth running of road construction work. They work under the direction of the project manager and work closely with various related parties, such as civil engineers, field supervisors, and construction workers.

11. In the field, road project implementers carry out direct supervision of construction activities, ensuring that each stage of road construction is in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Qualification & Experience

Education and experience:S-1 Civil Eng from reputed university with 7-8 years of work experience in civil construction –Roads & Flyover .

Age Group 30-35 Years.

Understanding of road planning and construction:Have in-depth knowledge of road planning and construction, including an understanding of blueprints, materials, and construction techniques that are in accordance with applicable standards.

Technical Ability:Able to use the necessary technical tools and equipment in the implementation of road projects, such as the use of road gauges, communication tools, and relevant software.

Leadership and coordination:Able to effectively lead and coordinate project work teams, including in terms of delivering instructions to team members, delegating tasks, and supervising field activities.

Analysis capabilities:Able to analyze technical issues that may arise during the implementation of road projects and take appropriate actions to resolve them.

Communication skills:Have good communication skills with all related parties, be it internal parties such as project management, or external parties such as contractors, consultants, and the government.
