Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural concepts balancing functionality and aesthetics.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation (working drawings, material specifications, cost estimates).
• Lead cross-disciplinary coordination (structural, MEP, landscape).
• Ensure adherence to building codes (KDB, KLB) and zoning laws.
• Mentor junior architects in technical competency growth.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement sustainable design principles and emerging construction technologies.
• Optimize engineering value through cost-benefit analyses.
