Une entreprise de commerce de détail recherche un Responsable du Traitement de la Paie pour gérer les opérations de paie. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience de 5 ans dans le domaine, avec des compétences en systèmes de paie et en MS Office, et sera capable de travailler de manière proactive pour assurer la conformité aux réglementations.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for stores/outlets, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of payroll.
Manage attendance checking, staff movement, OT claims, allowances, and incentive payment verification.
Review and reconcile payroll data, including salaries, bonuses, incentives, deductions, and tax, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain payroll records, payroll reports, and employee data, including personal files, time attendance records, and tax information.
Ensure all HR correspondence letters and staff movements are up-to-date in the HR system, such as new hires, confirmation, termination, salary adjustments, leave, and absences, with proper documentation and approvals.
Prepare and update monthly reports, including Employee Name lists for HQ, Logistics, and Store Operations, Turnover Reports, New Joiner, Resignation, Confirmation, Staff Movement, and Monthly Attrition Rate Report.
Maintain Yearly Annual Individual Income Tax records.
Handle payments to government statutory departments (e.g., BPJS Health, BPJS Manpower) according to deadlines.
Liaise with government bodies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Coordinate with the HR system vendor regarding payroll system issues.
Manage and verify invoices from outsourced contract staff (security, cleaners, SAs) and submit for payment to Finance monthly.
Ensure accurate monthly reporting of staff movements to insurance brokers for coverage such as Group Hospitalization & Surgical, Group Term Life, Group Personal Accident, and Outpatient.
Update and maintain records for Group H & S, GTL, GPA, and panel clinics.
Liaise with insurance brokers on staff insurance claims and issues.
Check and record insurance movement invoices and outpatient invoices.
Assist HR Manager/Assistant Manager in annual performance management processes, including bonuses, increments, and promotions.
Admin and Others
Assist with expatriate employment pass and dependent pass applications by liaising with the appointed agent.
Monitor expiry dates of expatriate employment passes and ensure timely renewals.
Assist expatriates with annual income tax declarations before deadlines.
Ensure timely tax clearance for resigned expatriates.
Address employee payroll inquiries, including insurance claims and other matters.
Maintain confidential records and filing for all related matters.
Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or immediate superior.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in payroll processing, employee relations, benefits, and administration.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with initiative and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, proactive, resourceful, and good time management.
Pleasant personality, able to interact at all levels of staff.
Skills required: Payroll System, MS Office (especially Excel).
Languages required: Bahasa Indonesia, English.
