Who are we looking for:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Partnership Specialist
to join our team in
Jakarta
. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the education or study abroad sector who can build and nurture strong relationships with institutions, agents and key stakeholders. You will be working remotely in Jakarta and reporting to our Malaysia office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach and onboard new education partners, including universities, colleges and study abroad agents in Jakarta
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual growth and satisfaction
• Coordinate partnership agreements, track performance and ensure compliance with internal and external policies
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support joint campaigns and initiatives
• Assist in organizing partner-focused events, workshops, and webinars
• Stay updated on global education trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies
• Provide regular reports on partnership status, opportunities and challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Education or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or student recruitment within the education/ study abroad industry is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilitiesAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic and remote working environment
• Familiarity with the Indonesia education ecosystem and international study destinations

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of international education systems (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.)
• Fluency in English and Indonesian language
• Experience working with CRM or partner management tools
