Job description

We are looking for a Rockstar Host Onboarding Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for new clients on our OTA platform. The role involves guiding clients through setup, integration, and launch while ensuring listings go live smoothly and delivering measurable value from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, vet, and onboard cleaning and maintenance vendors for new properties.
  • Coordinate vendor availability, negotiate rates, and confirm properties meet quality standards before launch.
  • Communicate directly with property owners to provide updates, answer questions, and schedule vendor visits based on their availability.
  • Collect accurate property and vendor information and share it with Launch Managers and Live Operations.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and vendors via phone, text, and email.
  • Organize and verify all onboarding details to support a smooth handoff to Live Operations.
  • Identify potential issues early and take corrective action to avoid launch delays.
  • Follow established onboarding workflows and recommend improvements when needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent English language skills – strong written and verbal communication, fast accurate typing, error‑free responses, and a neutral accent.
  • Experience of at least 1 year in account onboarding, client success, or customer service, preferably in a B2B SaaS, OTA, or travel‑tech environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude – quick to learn new software and comfortable working with dashboards, CRMs, APIs, and partner data systems.
  • Problem‑solving ability – analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for process improvement.
  • Client‑focused mindset – excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Flexible availability – willing to work 24/7 coverage shifts.
