Brewers Decorator Centres in Kendal is seeking a Part Time Retail Sales Advisor with Driving Duties to join our PaintWell store. You will deliver exceptional service to customers in branch, using product knowledge to recommend the right products and support local deliveries with our company van.

The role offers a flexible 25.50 hours per week across three days, with a pension and extensive benefits, and the chance to grow within a long-standing family-owned business in the decor materials sector.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills to assist branch customers.
• Full clean manual driving licence is required.
• Able to work as part of a team and support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional service to customers in branch.
• Using product knowledge to recommend best products.
• Making contactless deliveries to customers in the local area with the company van.
• Mix paint for customers, process orders and request stock.
• Build relationships with customers to identify needs and deliver a complete service.
• Keep the warehouse organised and safe according to company standards.
• Promote seasonal items and merchandise to increase sales.
• Unload deliveries and distribute stock across the store.
