Job summary

A leading company in human resources is seeking an HRBP Manager to manage recruitment and enhance performance management. The candidate will develop key competencies, monitor performance metrics, and facilitate engagement programs. A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of HR experience is required. This part-time role will be based in Yogyakarta and requires immediate joining with a focus on building a positive work culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in Hiring & Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Talent Development.
  • HRBP/OD experience is highly preferred.
  • Willing to join ASAP and work from the office in Jogja.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle hiring process, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Monitor and evaluate KPI results and support data analysis.
  • Develop and finalize competency dictionary and support leaders.
