Job summary

A leading automotive manufacturer in Indonesia is seeking a skilled engineer to manage the development of both interior and exterior automotive components. The ideal candidate will hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, with a minimum of four years of experience in part development. Fluency in English is required. This role is based in Cikarang, Jawa Barat.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.00 required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in part development or related field.
• Experience with both interior and exterior components preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage development of interior components such as dashboard and seats.
• Manage development of exterior components such as bumpers and doors.
• Ensure parts meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support tooling development and supplier trials.
• Monitor part development timelines for readiness.

Fluent in English

Strong understanding of automotive systems

• Support tooling development and supplier trials.
• Monitor part development timelines and ensure readiness for productio.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any relevant major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in part development or related field.
• Strong understanding of automotive interior and/or exterior systems and materials.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi.
