Job summary

Siloam Sriwijaya Palembang seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead accounting functions, produce timely financial reports, and ensure compliance with Financial Accounting Standards.

You will oversee budgeting, cash flow management, tax obligations, and procurement controls, mentor department heads, and advise the Hospital Director on financial strategy to support growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in relevant field, preferably with 1–2 years at same level.
• Brevet A and tax brevet certifications.
• Willingness to learn current practices and trends in healthcare finance and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement Accounting and Reporting Guidelines and manage financial information for timely reports.
• Control and evaluate financial transaction processes to reduce risks and improve hospital operations.
• Ensure reporting and payment of corporate tax obligations are accurate and timely.
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables to support operating funds and investments.
