Job summary

Unison Training mencari mahasiswa psikologi atau lulusan psikologi untuk program magang selama 1 tahun di Yogyakarta, dengan kemungkinan transisi ke PKWT/PKWTT berdasarkan kinerja. Peserta akan mempersiapkan materi, membantu peserta, dan memantau aktivitas program.

Peserta juga akan mendorong keterlibatan kelompok, membuat laporan, serta bersedia bepergian di luar kota dan pulau Jawa serta berkolaborasi dengan mitra eksternal. Peluang mendapat sertifikat magang dan tunjangan bulanan tersedia.

Qualifications

• Final-year psychology students or psychology graduates.
• Own personal vehicle.
• Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta.
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Willing to complete a 1-year internship contract with potential transition to PKWT/PKWTT.

Responsibilities

• Prepare required materials for programs/projects.
• Assist participants based on assigned programs/projects.
• Monitor and support participants throughout activities.
• Motivate participants to maintain enthusiasm.
• Observe group dynamics and participant engagement.
• Prepare program/project reports based on observations and assistance provided.
• Willing to travel for programs/projects outside the city and Java Island.
• Collaborate with external partners.

• 1. Final-year Psychology students or Psychology graduates (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
• 2. Own personal vehicle
• 3. Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta
• 4. Physically and mentally healthy
• 5. Willing to complete a 1-year internship contract and have the opportunity to transition into PKWT/PKWTT employment status based on performance and qualifications
