About the role

We are seeking a Packer Produksi to join the production team at PT Cipta Arta Plasindo. This is a part-time position based in Cakung, Jakarta. As a Packer Produksi, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing and logistics operations, ensuring that products are correctly packed, labelled, and prepared for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency will directly contribute to maintaining our high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. This role is essential to our production workflow and supports the seamless movement of goods through our supply chain.

What you'll be doing

• Inspecting products for defects, damage, or quality issues before packing
• Carefully packing products into appropriate containers or boxes following company standards and specifications
• Applying labels, barcodes, and shipping information to packaged items accurately and neatly
• Weighing packages to ensure they meet weight requirements and specifications
• Organising and arranging packed items in designated storage areas or for shipment
• Operating packing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organised work station and packing area
• Monitoring inventory levels of packing materials and reporting shortages
• Following all health and safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Working collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in packing, packaging, or warehouse operations is highly desirable
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure to meet production targets
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify product defects or packaging errors
• Good manual dexterity and physical capability to handle repetitive packing tasks
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items regularly (up to 25 kg)
• Willingness to follow standard operating procedures and company policies
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read labels and record information accurately
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Reliability and punctuality, particularly important for part-time shifts
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
