Job summary

FieldCore is seeking an experienced Outage Manager to lead complex outages for gas turbine, steam turbine, and generator systems. You will prepare, plan, and execute outages, coordinating large multi-discipline teams at customer sites while driving safety, efficiency, and reliability.

The role requires strong project management, advanced planning, and clear communication with customers and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/engineering or equivalent required.
• 8+ years applicable experience in gas/steam turbine or generator maintenance.
• 3+ years of specialized outage planning and execution experience.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex outage event preparation from start to finish, including schedule, labor, tooling, cost planning, and customer meetings.
• Lead onsite execution with large teams during outages, ensuring goals are met.
• Manage on-job cost tracking, productivity, risk, and warranty considerations.
• Drive improvements in on-time delivery, outage cost, and productivity with accurate tracking files.
