Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior Business Development & Sales leader to drive OT cybersecurity offerings in Indonesia. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, coordinating with Presales and Delivery teams to tailor credible security solutions for industrial customers.

The role requires deep experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity sales, a proven record of quota attainment, and the ability to engage both executive stakeholders and technical teams

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B technology or cybersecurity sales, preferably with OT/ICS exposure.
• Proven track record of developing and closing enterprise opportunities against quota.
• Experience selling to industrial companies or critical infrastructure.
• Strong ability to engage senior business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for OT cybersecurity offerings.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of OT cybersecurity opportunities.
• Identify and develop opportunities within existing accounts and new customers.
• Own the sales cycle from prospecting through closing, with Presales on technical scope.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers across cybersecurity, IT, engineering and operations.
• Achieve agreed revenue, gross margin and pipeline targets.
