Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT/OT systems with a proven cybersecurity implementation background.
• Solid understanding of OT environments including SCADA, DCS, PLCs, industrial networks, and firewalls.
• Strong knowledge of IEC 62443 is required, familiarity with NIST/ISO 27001 is a plus.

You’ll create impact by

OT/IT Security Design: Analyze project requirements and translate them into secure OT/IT system designs compliant with customer needs.

Architecture & Specification: Define and recommend the appropriate hardware, software, and architecture, specifically designing systems to comply with IEC 62443.

Implementation & Integration: Implement and integrate defined cybersecurity solutions directly into live operational environments.

Project Lifecycle Support: Provide comprehensive project support across the entire lifecycle, from design and testing through commissioning and ongoing maintenance.

Technical Portfolio Development: Develop expertise in the Substation Automation System (SAS) portfolio, expanding knowledge beyond cybersecurity into broader OT engineering solutions.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT/OT systems with a proven cybersecurity implementation background.

OT/Industrial Knowledge: Solid understanding of OT environments, including SCADA, DCS, PLCs, industrial networks, and firewalls.

Security Standards: Strong knowledge of IEC 62443 is required (familiarity with NIST/ISO 27001 is a plus).

Technical Design Skills: Ability to design secure architectures, perform network segmentation, and apply system hardening.

Problem-Solving & Learning: Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and an eagerness to continuously learn.

Entry-Level Consideration: Fresh graduates with exceptional academic, project, or hands-on experience in cybersecurity and OT/IT systems are also encouraged.
