You’ll create impact by:

• OT/IT Security Design: Analyze project requirements and translate them into secure OT/IT system designs compliant with customer needs.
• Architecture & Specification: Define and recommend the appropriate hardware, software, and architecture, specifically designing systems to comply with IEC 62443.
• Implementation & Integration: Implement and integrate defined cybersecurity solutions directly into live operational environments.
• Project Lifecycle Support: Provide comprehensive project support across the entire lifecycle, from design and testing through commissioning and ongoing maintenance.
• Technical Portfolio Development: Develop expertise in the Substation Automation System (SAS) portfolio, expanding knowledge beyond cybersecurity into broader OT engineering solutions.

Your defining qualities:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT/OT systems with a proven cybersecurity implementation background.
• OT/Industrial Knowledge: Solid understanding of OT environments, including SCADA, DCS, PLCs, industrial networks, and firewalls.
• Security Standards: Strong knowledge of IEC 62443 is required (familiarity with NIST/ISO 27001 is a plus).
• Technical Design Skills: Ability to design secure architectures, perform network segmentation, and apply system hardening.
• Problem-Solving & Learning: Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and an eagerness to continuously learn.
• Entry-Level Consideration: Fresh graduates with exceptional academic, project, or hands-on experience in cybersecurity and OT/IT systems are also encouraged.
