Job summary

MoraRepublic is seeking an OSP Planning Staff to join our network deployment team in Jakarta. You will assist in planning and coordinating Outside Plant fiber optic infrastructure, supporting site surveys, route mapping, and documentation for last mile projects across major Indonesian cities.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or related fields, with 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledgeable in Outside Plant Fiber Optic (FTTh, FTTx, Metro-E, Fiberization)
• Familiarity with Google Earth, Visio, Autocad, Mapinfo, Qgis, OTDR
• Having a good communication, teamwork, and active-proactive.
