About the role

As an Organization Strategy Associate, you will play a key role in bridging people operations and business operations within the Pinhome Service business. This role is highly hands‑on and operations‑driven you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure that workforce processes, onboarding, performance management, and operational workflows run effectively and efficiently.

You’ll be deeply involved in building and improving end‑to‑end processes for our Service Providers (blue‑collar workforce), from hiring and onboarding to performance and development. Beyond HR execution, this role also requires strong operational thinking to identify gaps, improve SOPs, strengthen data infrastructure, and support day‑to‑day business operations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, is detail‑oriented, data‑driven, and is excited to create real impact through structured people and operational systems.

What You Will Do
  • Manage end‑to‑end hiring and onboarding processes for Pinhome Service Providers (blue‑collar workforce).
  • Conduct candidate sourcing and canvassing through both online and offline channels to support workforce fulfillment.
  • Design and maintain training flows and supporting infrastructure, including interview tools, competency assessment scorecards, account activation processes, and data collection systems.
  • Manage performance management including identifying development & upskilling needs to ensure strong and consistent performance.
  • Support organizational intervention initiatives through gap identification, development of data infrastructure / dashboard, and drafting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Legal team to prepare and manage employment documents and partnership agreements.
  • Work cross‑functionally to manage procurement for the Pinhome Service business vertical.
  • Streamline and optimize employee database update processes by improving workflows and infrastructure.
  • Provide ongoing support for other organizational intervention efforts within the scope of Human Resources and Organizational Management.
What You Will Need
  • Min. 1 year experience in HR, Organizational Development, L&D or related roles (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and administrative systems.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proactive, hands‑on, and adaptable to change.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, especially sheets.
