Job description

Responsibilities

• Send DO to Warehouse (WH), Transport, and Sales via email
• Monitor and track DO status
• Revise DO as needed
• Create and manage Sales Orders (SO)
• Handle credit block processes, overdue payments, and finance confirmations
• Submit approval requests to Product Manager (PM) for SO
• Input bracket-based quantity for SO
• Create DO for Toshiba and ensure accuracy
• Send DO to Factory, Sales, and Marketplace (MP)
• Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Conduct stocktaking and inventory checks

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
